We do not do the work ourselves. The lawful bases under UK GDPR are steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and operating our business (Article 6(1)(f)). No marketing, and no sale of your data.

- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), our processor for delivering enquiries by email; any transfer outside the UK relies on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
- Cloudflare, our website host, for technical data.
- An independent tradesperson quoting for your job.
- Authorities or others where we are required by law.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted no later than 2 years after we last heard from you, unless a legal obligation means we must hold them for longer.
